About the Project

Our stunning condominium building will be 21 stories high, offering 54 exquisite units. Upon arrival at the building, both residents and guests will be warmly welcomed at the elegant porte cochere, attentively attended to by security and valet services, while their vehicles are safely secured in our enclosed parking garage.

As you ascend above the parking garage, there will be a thoughtfully designed amenity level, complete with all the conveniences and luxuries you’d expect from a premium condominium development. Above this level, the residential units stack, promising a sophisticated living experience with impeccable attention to detail.

In addition to these exceptional features, the project will boast a private dock, providing exclusive access to the enchanting waterways in the beautiful Palm Beaches.

Project Logistics

Neighboring Properties

Those properties that are directly adjacent to our site will be assessed and documented before and after construction.

On-Site Vibration Monitoring systems will be put in place during the necessary stages of construction.

Noise Control

Work will only occur during hours permitted by the City ordinance.

Excessive noise will be continuously monitored by on-site supervisors.

Any work that occurs with special permits in place during early hours or later hours will be broadcast to our neighbors list.

Dust & Dirt Mitigation

Water will be used to wash down equipment and wheels at site exits.

Daily inspections and adjustments due to weather.

Traffic Coordination

Deliveries will be scheduled in a timely manner to avoid bottlenecks. Trucks will only use the routes approved by the City of WPB. The route as shown below is coming in through either 49th or 51st Streets (routes will alternate to alleviate traffic) and out through 45th Street. Certain deviations of this route might be necessary for certain equipment deliveries, as those routes are determined by FDOT.

Parking

Restricted on-site parking/key personnel only.

Workers will be parked off-site on a lot nearby.

No street parking on neighboring properties will be allowed.

Certified flagmen will be used.
