Alba Palm Beach to be First Luxury Waterfront Condo Tower in Northwood Neighborhood

Alba Palm Beach has officially reached its top-off milestone, marking the final phase of construction for the waterfront development. Slated for completion in early 2026, this luxury residential tower stands as the first of its kind on North Flagler Drive in the Northwood neighborhood, setting the tone for what’s expected to become West Palm’s very own “Millionaire’s Row.”

Developed by BGI Companies in partnership with Blue Road and constructed by Moss, Alba Palm Beach will offer 55 luxury residences starting at just under $3 million. The project is already 60% sold, including a recent $10.66 million sale of its final townhome.

The residences — a mix of expansive condominiums and rare two- and three-story townhomes — feature Italian designed kitchens, spa-inspired baths, and floor-to-ceiling hurricane impact windows. Four townhomes offer multi-floor terraces, private plunge pools, and sweeping Intracoastal views.

Alba Palm Beach also boasts 25,000 square feet of amenities, including two pools, private day dock slips, a Technogym with water views, a theater room and private dining spaces. A standout feature is its partnership with Mount Sinai New York’s Concierge Medicine program, offering residents 24/7 access to medical care, specialists, home visits, and tele-health through Sollis Health. And as a final flourish, residents will receive a complimentary one year membership to the exclusive Palm Beach Yacht Club & Marina.

West Palm Beach’s growth continues to soar. The city recently ranked in the top five fastest-growing “wealth hubs” worldwide, beating out Dubai and San Francisco’s Silicon Valley, according to Henley & Partners’ World’s Wealthiest Cities Report 2025.
