Lower Penthouse Collection Debuts At Alba Palm Beach

Alba Palm Beach has announced the release of its Lower Penthouse Collection as the 22 story waterfront condominium at 4714 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach approaches its planned Spring 2026 delivery. Developed by BGI Companies and designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners, the new offering comprises six residences priced from $6.95 million on floors 19 through 21, adding to the building’s limited inventory of 55 total units.

Each Lower Penthouse features 11 foot ceilings, private elevator access, and two dedicated parking spaces. Residences span two per floor and are arranged with triple exposure layouts providing 180 degree views over the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach Island, the Atlantic Ocean, and the downtown West Palm Beach skyline. Indoor and outdoor living spaces are designed at a larger scale than the building’s standard residences, with finishes that include custom Italkraft kitchens, Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, and primary baths appointed with porcelain wall surfaces and sculptural soaking tubs.

Alba Palm Beach offers over 25,000 square feet of amenity space. Programming includes a private dining room with temperature controlled wine storage, a fitness center equipped with Technogym equipment and a Pilates reformer, and a range of lifestyle partnerships available exclusively to residents.

“My vision for Alba Palm Beach was inspired by a rare, untouched stretch of waterfront along the Intracoastal,” said Kenneth Baboun, Principal Developer of Alba Palm Beach. “Now approaching completion, it’s rewarding to see that vision materialize into one of the city’s most distinctive residential addresses. The introduction of our new Lower Penthouse Collection marks a defining moment for the project and for West Palm Beach’s continued evolution as a world class destination.”

The development includes a partnership with Mount Sinai Health System and its newly opened Concierge Medicine practice in West Palm Beach, as well as 24 hour urgent care access through Sollis. Residents also receive a one year membership to the Palm Beach Yacht Club.
