Developers have selected a sales team for Alba Palm Beach, a luxury waterfront development set for completion in 2026. The project’s four two- and three-story townhomes offer water views, private plunge pools and multi-floor terraces that start at $3 million.
Katie Weisz of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty will lead the team as director of sales. She has over 10 years of experience in luxury real estate and more than $600 million in sales to date.
Other members include Patrick LeTourneau, who specializes in waterfront condos; Christopher Austad, who is licensed in New York and Florida; luxury specialist Victoria Brunetta, Christopher Scott, who’s earned $300 million in career sales across the Palm Beach market; and relocation expert Jillian Rosen.
