Construction has topped off on Alba Palm Beach, a 22-story luxury waterfront condominium development located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway at 4714 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach’s Northwood neighborhood. Developed by BGI Companies in partnership with Blue Road and designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners, the project will yield 55 luxury residences and is scheduled for completion in early 2026. Moss Construction is serving as the general contractor.
Recent photographs show the superstructure around its peak height. The 22-story tower rises from the center of a lengthy podium, which spans the site’s waterfront edge. The podium’s western side comprises curving slab edges that follow soft, undulating lines. In contrast, the eastern side features more rectilinear edges. Glazing installation has commenced on the residential floors, with glass window and door framing progressing steadily upward.
The development occupies one of the last remaining waterfront sites in West Palm Beach and marks the first new luxury residential tower to rise in the Northwood enclave. Residences range from two- and three-story townhomes to full-floor units, with interior design packages that include Italian kitchens by Italkraft, appliances by Sub-Zero® and Wolf®, and floor-to-ceiling hurricane-impact glazing. Select residences feature private plunge pools, multi-level terraces, and water views.
Alba Palm Beach is currently 60 percent sold. Pricing for remaining residences begins just under $3 million. According to One Sotheby’s International Realty, the exclusive sales team for the project, recent transactions include over $20 million in sales within 20 days, including a $10.66 million sale of the last remaining townhome.
Residential amenities span over 25,000 square feet and include two resort-style pools with cabanas, five private plunge pools, a private dock, a spa with steam and sauna rooms, a Technogym fitness center with water views, and a wine room with temperature-controlled storage. Additional amenities include a private dining room, an art and relaxation garden, a theater room, and a members-only day dock. Each floor is served by touchless elevators and supported by a central air-filtration system.
Alba Palm Beach also offers residents access to wellness services through a partnership with Mount Sinai New York-Concierge Care and Sollis Health, providing 24/7 personalized medical access both locally and in New York. As part of the purchase, each resident will receive a complimentary one-year membership to the Palm Beach Yacht Club & Marina.
The building’s design emphasizes a seamless connection to the waterfront setting, with curved architectural forms, expansive glazing, and terraces designed to maximize views and natural light. Alba Palm Beach is expected to be fully delivered in early 2026.
