BGI COMPANIES ANNOUNCE MOSS AS THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FIRM OF ALBA PALM BEACH

The announcement follows Alba Palm Beach’s recent procurement of its foundation work permit leading to vertical construction to begin in early 2024

West Palm Beach, FL. – December 18, 2023 – Today, Miami-based real estate development firm BGI Companies announced Moss as the construction management firm to complete Alba Palm Beach. Being developed in partnership with Blue Road, Alba Palm Beach is set to deliver a boutique collection of 55 luxury residences by 2025. Located directly on the Intracoastal waterways in the emerging Northwood neighborhood of West Palm Beach, Alba Palm Beach units begin at $3 million and is currently 45 percent sold.

The announcement follows Alba Palm Beach’s recent procurement of its foundation work permit, which will allow the project to begin construction in early 2024. Alba commenced the construction of its seawall in July 2023 that will be completed on schedule by December 2023.
