Construction Advances On Alba Palm Beach At 4714 North Flagler Drive In West Palm Beach

Construction continues to progress on Alba Palm Beach, a 22-story condominium development at 4714 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. Designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners with landscape architecture by Schmidt Nichols and developed by BGI Companies and Blue Road Group, the project will feature 55 luxury residences, including four multi-level townhomes with private plunge pools and direct water access. Completion is estimated for Spring 2026.

The project recently reached a major milestone with pouring the transfer slab for the sixth-floor amenity deck. This pour, the second largest of the entire construction process, marks the final pour for the building’s podium. Moving forward, the construction team will complete one floor pour every six days, maintaining an accelerated pace to stay on track for the 2026 completion date.

In addition to its construction progress, Alba Palm Beach has provided updates on its residential availability. Alba is the only development in West Palm Beach offering townhome floor plans with direct water access, and its last available townhome has just been listed at $10.5 million. This final townhome spans 6,304 square feet and includes four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a private rooftop spa, and a day dock boat slip.

Each unit in Alba Palm Beach features expansive balconies, averaging 2,000 square feet, nearly matching the interior space. The development’s design emphasizes luxury coastal living, with Italian-designed kitchens by Italkraft, SubZero® and Wolf® appliances, and bathroom designer fixtures. Private vestibules and elevator access are provided for each floor, ensuring privacy and exclusivity for residents.

Alba’s amenity package spans over 25,000 square feet and includes a Technogym® fitness center, yoga studio, private workspaces, a multi-sport simulator, a theater, and a private dining room with climate-controlled wine storage. Outdoor amenities feature a day dock and pool decks offering views of the sunrise and sunset over the Intracoastal, catering to the lifestyle needs of its discerning residents.
