Miami-based real estate development firm BGI Companies announced Fort Lauderdale-based Moss Construction as the general contractor to complete Alba Palm Beach in West Palm Beach. Being developed in partnership with Blue Road, Alba Palm Beach is set to deliver 55 luxury residences by 2025. The project is to begin construction in early 2024. Alba Palm Beach units begin at $3 millions, and Alba is currently 45 percent sold.
