One of Florida’s newest luxury waterfront residential developments is offering a glimpse of what prospective residents can look forward to. Alba Palm Beach, the 22-story tower designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners and situated directly on the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach, has revealed forthcoming interiors for its 55 residences. Featuring neutral tones and subdued palettes, the various two- to three-bedroom homes will be delivered complete with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding doors, Italian-crafted kitchens with appliances by SubZero and Wolf, bathrooms with illuminated vanity mirrors, and expansive terraces with summer kitchens and panoramic views.
Alba Palm Beach, which is being developed by BGI Companies, will offer 25,500 square feet of amenity space with both sunrise and sunset pools, a fitness studio with dedicated training rooms, a theater, multisport simulator rooms, and on-site private docks with boat slips exclusively for owners, among other perks. Sales launched in March with prices starting at $2.5 million, and construction is expected to wrap up in 2025.
